If you are dissatisfied with the services provided and the support service does not help you, write to the main manager immediately. We will consider your request individually and punish those responsible from the support service. The main goal of our manager is to make the client happy.

Submitting a Complaint

If you believe there has been a breach of service, an error in account handling, or any unfair treatment, you have the right to file a formal complaint. Complaints must be submitted in writing and include all relevant details such as your username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
